2021 – 2022 School Year Billing Structures and Tuition Rates

Regularly attending families: are families who have specific days scheduled each week and the days will stay the same throughout the year. Changes to your schedule can be requested. Additional drop-in days may be added at the Drop-In rate if space allows. Regularly attending families can schedule for 2-5 days a week. Tuition will be a monthly rate that must be paid by the 5th of each month.

Drop-In care: is for families looking for a little more flexibility. Drop-In spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked up to 3 months in advance. Drop-In tuition is due in advance depending on how frequently a family is using the Drop-In spaces.

· Families that attend 6 or more days in a month are considered “Frequent Fliers” and can pay tuition at the start of the month of care (no later than the 5th).

· Families that attend 5 or fewer days in a month are considered “Casual” Drop-In students. Casual Drop-Ins must pay tuition at the time of booking their days.

Drop-In spots are either for full-days or half-days (7:00 am to 12:30 pm OR 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm).

Regular Attending/Non Drop-In

  • Attends the same 2 or more full days each week.

  • Tuition due on the 5th

  • Flat monthly rate

  • Must give 1 calendar month notice to withdraw to receive tuition deposit back.

  • Scheduled until withdrawal notice is given

Frequent Flier Drop-In

  • Attends 6 or more days in a month

  • Tuition due on the 5th

  • Daily Rate

  • Cancellation Fees will apply (80% refund if 14+ days notice given,

  • 50% refund if 4-13 days notice,

  • 0% if 0-3 days notice)

  • Must schedule in advance

Casual Drop-In

  • Attends 0 to 5 days in a month

  • Tuition due at time of reservation

  • Daily Rate

  • Cancellation Fees will apply (80% refund if 14+ days notice given,

  • 50% refund if 4-13 days notice,

  • 0% if 0-3 days notice)

  • Must schedule in advance

Tuition Rates 2021-2022 School Year
  • Payment can be made weekly, monthly or by arrangement with the Admin Team.

  • Payment for subsidy families will continue at the regular rates/copays.

  • Options for payment include Cash or Checks dropped in the safe, credit card processing, and ACH processing. Make checks out to “UCUCC Child Care Programs”.

  • Regularly scheduled rates are charged for Holidays and Regularly Scheduled Closures.

  • There is a $1 per minute late pick up fee for every minute late a child is picked up after the end of the scheduled session (for half-day Drop-In) or after closing time (either program).

  • A +$1 transaction fee will be charged per ACH bank account transaction.

  • A +2.5% transaction fee will be charged on all credit card transactions.

  • There is a $200 registration fee and a $200 tuition deposit required for UCUCC Child Care Programs. The tuition deposit is refundable provided we receive a 30 day written notice for terminating enrollment. A refund check will be mailed after security key cards are returned and tuition balances have been settled.
